no fancy coding here haha just a want ad for sam's younger sister! i'm leaving a lot open for her, cause super character restrictions are kind of lame. she can be anywhere from thirteen to sixteen years old, in school or out of school, and her personality is debatable too. ya see, when sam was nine (and obviously his sister was younger at the time) their mother left them to run away from the caste system, as she hated living the poor life they were subjected to. since then, their father takes care of them, but is rarely home because he works so much. sam and his sister share the only bedroom in their apartment, so hopefully they get along haha.
the only thing i'm really asking for is that they look alike! possibly a white haired, blue eyed girl? or just white hair in general would be great. here's some suggested face claims;

I'm interested in making sam's younger sister using shijima as the face claim or fem!prussia, but I have a lot of different ideas for her personality. Just wanted to know if this is okay. Feel free to say no to me xD
